What can you expect?

A modern, luxury fully equipped apartment with a breathtaking sea view and less than 5 min. walk to the beach awaits you. You can either rent the entire apartment (Flat + Studio) or you can decide to use only one part, as it can be divided in two separate units depending on your needs. We also provide extra services to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible!

The different units are referred to as:
 1) The studio,
 2) The flat or
 3) The apartment (which refers to a combination of studio and flat together)

Studio

This is a spacious en-suite room of 38 m² and is ideal for two people just passing through.

  The studio sleeps two persons, with sufficient space for an additional bed if required and includes the following:

·          The two single beds can be used as a double bed

·          A bathroom with shower, basin and toilet

·          A Modern kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge,  cutlery, crockery and basic kitchen utensils for two people

 ·        A barbeque (braai) area outside

·         A double sided locking door that connects the studio and the flat

·         An electronic safe for valuables

·         DSTV (satellite television channels) facility

Flat

This area is comprised of two separate rooms – A living room and bedroom that can sleep up to four people.

a)     The living area of 34 m² contains :

·        A fully equipped kitchen for 4 people with a microwave, stove top, fridge, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

·          A lounge suite and television set with DSTV that can be arranged if you do not bring your own DSTV card.

·          Two beds that form a settee when stacked, are available for extra sleeping space if required

·          Garden chairs and table on the lawn terrace as well as a barbeque (braai) facility

 b)    The bedroom of 22 m² is furnished with a queen size bed as well as:

·         A modern bathroom with bath and shower, basin and toilet.

·         An electronic safe for your valuables

·         A double sided locking door that connects the studio and the flat

The Apartment

It is a combination of Studio and Flat with all the service facilities of the flat available for all apartment occupants.

Extras...

·        The Apartment is equipped with a prepaid electricity meter. You will always start with at least 40 kWh on the clock. For upgrading the electricity, coupons may be acquired from your host or at the Superette in Great Brak River. A 100 kWh coupon will cost you R 50-00. When using the washing appliances, geysers and other apparatus your electricity usage will average roughly 150 – 200 kWh for 4 people per week.

·        A rubbish bin outside the apartment will be regularly emptied by your host.

·        Bedding and bath towels are included. Swimming towels are supplied if the need arises.

·        With a stay in excess of one week, bedding and towels will be replaced every 5 days.

·        Any grocery needs can be arranged to be fulfilled prior to your arrival if needed.

·        If you fly in at the George Airport, transport can be arranged.

·        Golf sets can be arranged for the keen golfers who can't wait to explore this golfer’s paradise with a variety of courses!
